Clerk's notes
Does anyone know whether there is a time limiit by which documents eg clerk's notes have to be provided to the ombudsman when he has asked for them?
I have searched everywhere and thought I had found this somewhere, but can't seem to find it.
Thanks
LFH

Dear LFH
My recollection is that the ombudsman allows up to a month for admission authorities to reply to his initial inquiries. You may have originally seen a reference to this here:

(scroll about three-quarters of the way down to "ombudsman")
