I am getting really worried day by day as we get close to our appeal date . Etienne, if the headteacher had previously ranked as 9 on OOS and then changed the OOS to 3 when i went to see her for explantion of the OOS. Is this good or bad?. She said to me she has got the OOS wrong, hence why she changed it. Does this means she would have probably put the 9th ranking on the initial paperwwork sent to appeals and i will be left to explain why she changed the ranking.

You will get a copy of all the paperwork about a week before your appeal - if it is 9th ask the Head for a letter explaining the change -

You will be able to see how accurate the order was [no names of course] -
