Familiarisation Papers

Does anyone know if the Bucks Familiarisation Papers change every year? My friend tells me they don't but surely these papers are what the heads base their rankings on.

They are the same papers every year - Heads are specifically told not to base rankings on these!

They get a guidance booklet every year.
