Sorry to harp on!
To clarify should my daughter have been put on the order of suitability with a 3:1 ranking?
Some threads say that 'all pupils with a recommendation of 3 or above should be on the OS' where as the guide says 'it is recommended that all pupils with 3 or above should be ranked'. Not sure which is right.

Thanks

Dear njg

Some heads apparently thought it was obligatory to include the 3s, some thought that it was optional.

Result = confusion!

Hi njg

The main body of the guidelines to heads suggests that all children with a 3 or higher, whereas the actual OoS form states that they must be ranked.

Pity the poor Heads, really. This is confusion on Bucks CC's part, and they really must get it sorted out for next year.
