Appeal ?

My son has just received his score for his 11 plus and has missed out by 7 points - I know that this is not a high score by any means - but his CAT results from last year were brilliant - I have been told that I may be able to use these as an appeal - can anyone shed any light on this for me please ?

Yes, you can use CAT scores as one of the indicators of ability. They're not exactly the same thing as the 11+, of course, but if the scores are high enough it might help.
