WHSB invigilator

Did anyone else's DS taking the exam at WHSB have the invigilator who nearly 20 minutes before the end of the VR test suddenly said, 'Oh, I forgot to tell you all to also add your Candidate Number to the back of the page!' So of course, everybody stopped, looked up their number and tried to find where she was talking about to write the number in and then carried on with the exam.....all with the clock ticking! My son was upset - he was in the middle of a question and then had to stop, waste a minute or so and then start again!
He said the second the bell went the papers were collected - no extra time was added for her error.
Also, in all 3 exams, they were only reminded when there were 5 minutes left which doesn't seem enough to me.
