Could anyone advise me which level papers are similar to Walsh or Bright Sparks
Papers - without any errors, just for extra practice before the test tmrw ?

I think level 3

I'd say level 3 were fairly easy peasy and level 4 a great big jump involving subtleties beyond most 10 year olds. Having said that, we did do some level 4s but talking them through as I wanted to focus on vocabs rather than dull old codes and thought it was time well spent. If nothing else, he then found the actual papers "easy" and am sure it was a comparative thing.

As you said Level 4 is big leap in vocab compared to level 3
