1st Day of the New Term
................ and we've had about 8 inches of snow fall overnight - so that's the schools shut then
It's still snowing and expected to continue until at least this afternoon when it then makes its way down south to everyone else
I live on one of the main arteries in my town and there's hardly any traffic. A lot of the buses have been cancelled and lorries are jack-knifed blocking a few of the other roads out of town.
Now, what have I got in the freezer to keep us going this next month????

Soft, us, soft????
Do you know, we even go out when it's raining!!!!
And still it snows. We had a whiteout earlier, but the skies have lifted a bit and I can see over the town again.
The girls are trying to get their dad to come home early so they can go out sledging. They're just working out how to tie the dog to the sledge so he can pull them along
