Success!

Post by joolze »

I had just heard that our DS's appeal was successful! :D

It was a hard slog and felt at times that it was all we could think about but we are all happy, at last!

I am a avid lurker in these forums, and they have proved to be an invaluable source of information. Although I have followed a lot of other cases on here, I think this is my first actual post.

Etienne and Sally-Anne gave me some wonderful support in the early days as we had a difficult situation to deal with.

I would just like to publicly thank them both for all they did - they are truly amazing! Thank you ladies!

Thank you!

I now know exactly what other people meant when they say that they keep re-reading the letter to check that they haven't read it wrong!

I would like to wish good luck to everyone with their appeals still to go - stay calm, be polite, be as prepared as possible and know that you are doing the very best for your DC. It is scary, but only because it is a very emotive situation.

What a fab piece of advice.
