Colyton results out for 2010!!! (LEA short cut!)

Post by Scrumpy »

Follow the instructions below to find out your allocated school tonight! We are Somerset, close to Devon border.

My partner and I were looking on the Gloucestershire blog, and found instructions (below) as to how to shortcut in order to get your child's allocated school info!!!

"What you need to do is go into the online school admissions , go to view existing app, you’ll get to view the submission. Once your're on that screen with his/her form, clear the address field at the top of the screen, which will say something like: https://emsonline.devon.gov.uk/admit_tr ... ilsSection and replace it with the following: https://emsonline.devon.gov.uk/admit_tr ... o_list.asp. Then press enter on the keyboard and you should see the allocation screen."

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our DS has been allocated Colyton Grammar School for Sept 2010 entry. Hoooooooooooooray!!!!!!!
Just cracking open the wine to celebrate! At last - agood night's sleep tonight! :D
Good luck to all those still waiting to hear. Hope you all manage to log in tonight!!

OMG just tried this for Plymouth and our son is IN! So proud of him but he's in bed and doesn't yet know! I'm so chuffed as I tutored him myself and they take so few here :-)

Thanks Northern Soul!

Did you apply on line or did you submit a paper application?

Good luck for Tuesday!

I tutored our son at home for nearly 2 years and am so proud!

Thank you Scrumpy, and congratulations to your DS as well.
I think our DS has outgrown primary and can't wait to move!
