Sub- levels and how to distinguish them in a piece of work
Sorry if this has been given before but I am in a bit of a hurry. I am looking for a simple classification list on the sub-levels of a level.
i.e for level 1 English a child should be able to

This is obviously quite a broad statement and I am looking for something more detailed and precise so that I can glance at a written piece and say it has this this and this so it is say a 1a or 1b.Level 1
Pupils' writing communicates meaning through simple words and phrases. In their reading or their writing, pupils begin to show awareness of how full stops are used. Letters are usually clearly shaped and correctly orientated.
