Daughter has been offered KE Handsworth. Is there anybody on this forum with a daughter at the school. How's the travel from King's Heath?

KEHS or KE Handsworth

KEHS or KE Handsworth. Both wonderful schools - fees or travel. Does anybody have advice to help me with this?

Hadfieldnana,
First of all, well done to your daughter for getting into such great schools.
It is a tough choice, I can only say what e would have done.
If finances are not a huge issue and you can easily afford to send your daughter to KEHS than I would very much choose the school that is considerably nearer.
If our DD had not got into camphill and been offered handsworth, sutton etc than we would have sent her to KEHS as it is a 5 minute journey from home.
Both are fantastic schools- Good luck

To hardfieldnana.. I have a daughter in year 7 at Handsworth... please ask me what you want to know and I'll try and answer. You can do so by PM if you choose.
