Could some one tell me if we can still appeal.
The e-mail we recieved states that we have the right to appeal but this should be lodged within 14 days.
Our circumstances have changed with our daughter now suffering at the hands of classmates.
Have e-mailed the school telling them our wishes to appeal but they manage their own admissions and therefore as on holiday til next week.
In the "stickies" it says that there is no "statutory time limit".
so was just wondering if they will dismiss it outright or if indeed we have another case to fight

Where a date is specified, it is usually so that an appeal can be heard at the same time as most other appeals for a particular school.
Can't guarantee that they'll know what they're doing, but it shouldn't be difficult to prove the point. The evidence is in the Appeals Code:

2.9 If an appellant submits a late appeal, admission authorities should arrange for it to be heard at the same time as other appeals for the same school if this is feasible. Otherwise the appeal will have to be heard later, as there is no statutory time limit on submission of an appeal.
