A friend of mine who practices in herbal medicine has advised me that a cup of mint tea does wonders for kids concentration. Maybe one for the test morning.
With you there Amber.
I have a friend who lives on camomile tea and I have always to be down wind of her when she has a cup. It smells like steaming silage to me. I am afraid mint tea is the same.
My son had a black pudding fry up on the morning of the exam ( in bed ) and showed no signs of nerves.
On the first day I gave my son all the recommended stuff. Porridge for breakfast, banana on the way and plenty of water. He came out of the test very upset because he didn't think he'd done well. So second day we got up late and grabbed burger and chips on the way there - no tears.
