Has anyone else appealed to the Chelmsford Schools? We had our hearing on 20 May and were told it might take as long as 10 days for decision to be notified to us. So far nothing. I have tried calling the appeals office but all I get it an answering machine saying it should take 7 days but to allow a bit longer. I have left a very low-key, polite message saying that I understand if they are running behind but could they just send me a text or email or something with an indication of when we will hear because apart from anything else we need to know if our letter has gone astray. But nothing . . . .
We are beginning to go out of our minds. It would be really helpful to know if anyone else had appealed in Chelmsford and if so whether they have received their letters.
