Who is elgible for South and East Warks Grammar Schools

Hi

I live in North Warks, and if my son wanted to obtain at place at the grammar schools in Alcester, Stratford Upon Avon or Rugby, he would not be eligible if he obtained the highest score, and priority is given to children living closest to the schools.

Does anyone know if entry will be just based on entrance exam results, in the near future.

I think we all have to wait until the end of May to know the answer to this, I'm afraid.

From my conversation with the Admissions Office, they don't even know themselves yet!
