How do you find out scores on allocation day?

Post by l33na »

Hello

I know I am thinking too far ahead here. But I wondered if anyone can tell me if we are actually told our child's scores. The reason I ask is in case my dd is not offered her first choice. Would I know if her score was good enough to put her on the continued interest list?

Thanks

Hello

You will need to contact one of the consortium schools that you listed on your CAF. Some schools seem happy to tell you over the phone (but bear in mind that they will be inundated with calls on allocation day) whereas others want you to put the request in writing to the admissions officer.

If you put SCD as one of your choices (and you do not get allocated) then you will receive a letter on allocation day with your score and position on CI list.

Thanks BBF

Looks like I will have to wait to get through to the very busy lines as SCD is not one of my choices. Do they automatically put you on the list even if you don't ask?
