you will find out @ 17:00 on 1st March by an email, text and your local authority website that is if it does not crash out

I was able to find out my DS's allocation at midnight on 1st March by logging on to our online application. Having said all evening that it was closed for maintenance, it suddenly sprang to life at midnight. The email didn't arrive until 8am the next morning.
