Think I'm almost there on the academic side of the evidence - past school reports (as Head/School dont do supporting letters).

But how do I prove 'personality'??? He has a great attitude - so how do i prove it?

He is a sensitive child - how do I prove that??

You sound as if you're on the right track.

If you are appealing against non-qualification you must focus on academic and any mitigating circumstances. Presumably you have read Etienne's advice.

The other evidence might come into play of school is full - e.g. your child is very musical - this school has performing arts status and offers x,y and z!!
