Dr Challoners Boys School
Hi.
Does anyone currently have a son that attends DCGS?
It is the catchment grammar school for my DS IF he passes his 11+.
I have had a look at their website and it looks like it is a fab school with excellent results but Im wondering if the results are because the boys are all extremely bright and/or pushed
Any comments would be helpful.

A lot of them are extremely bright, but not all of them.
Some may be pushed by parents, and those who are keen and doing well are encouraged by teachers and given additional extension activities.
However, with two DS there, I don't see it as a high-pressured hot-house, just a well-run, happy and successful school, with excellent staff and students.
