St Bernards - has it become an academy?
Hi,
I saw a topic in this forum about St Bernard becoming an Academy ; merging with St Joseph ; has it happened?
I'm a non Catholic Christian; planning to apply to St Bernard's.
Any idea about the chances for a non Catholic to get a place there?
Thanks

Not an academy, plans shelved due to the new government.
Historically there have been many non Catholics at the school, obviously if there are more Catholic applicants who have passed than are places, you won't get in. We have been associated with the school for 10 years, and I believe this has never happened. So go for it and good luck.

Our neighbour's daughter goes to St B and they rave about the place so go for it and good luck!
