Does anybody know cutoff point for Slough Grammar school this year?

roughly how many gets cleared in waiting list for SGS?

The admission arrangements have changed so it is harder to correlate them to historical data....they now offer 1st 100 in score order and the next 45 on distance from the school as long as they have scorres 111 or above.

The school admissions officer should be able to tell you what the current cut off is for both distance & score.

Information for this thread, my daughter was offered SGS in first round it was her 5th choice, today we confirmed that she has an offer of place from Tiffin Girls School ( 1st choice), so we will relinquish our place at SGS.

Anyone had their SGS appeal, I know they started today and are running until 18th.

Did they say when you are likely to get a response?

I have mine end of this week, so fingers crossed!!!

They are hearing appeals until the 18th and will be notified by 28th, so again another waiting game!!

I believe they will be out by the end of this week, and its friday tomorrow.

Has anyone recieved letters for September 2011 intake? They were supposed to send out letters re tutorial evenings in June and induction day in July. They are leaving it a bit late!!
