Teacher to visit school today

Ohhhh its all getting exciting now today my dd is getting a visit from one of the teachers from the grammar school, makes it all so real now.

Has anyone else had a visit ?

Really hope she dosen't go into her stupid shy mode !

Mind you they are doing rehearsals for the end of school play, so they might catch her doing that.

Anyway will find out tonight how it all went...fingers crossed she actually speaks to them.

Not sure when it is but the head of year 8 is due to visit DD2's school to meet the girls she will be welcoming in September. We have our parent's meeting on 28th of this month and DD2 has her taster day on 6th July. Must get to the uniform shop soon too especially as DD1 has outgrown / worn out most of her stuff. It's getting both exciting and expensive now!!!!

My DD had someone from BSG visit her school a week or so ago, but she tells me they didn't say much and she couldn't think of anything to say or ask either, apart from telling her the list of clubs available which didn't interest DD at all
