GCSE results 2011

Post by Guest55 »

Again, before the politicians tell us 'exams are easier these days', may I congratulate all those students receiving results tomorrow?

Please let your DDs and DSs enjoy their successes - they did not design the exams and they had no choice in the syllabus dictated by the exam board.

(Special thoughts for a famous mod whose DS1 is getting his results tomorrow) :D :D

Thank you both. :D The nerves aren't quite as bad as they were for the 11+ & 12+ results, but there's still 15 hours for them to get into their stride!

We are waiting too. We are on holiday at the moment and DH has gone back early to collect results which he will phone through. Where we are the local time as 4 hours ahead which means it's longer to wait for the phone call. Am having kittens here! DD is quite nervous too.

Best wishes and good luck to all.

P.S. Time difference is why I am logged on here so early UK time!!
