Yep understand where you are coming from, i'm becoming rather obsessed :!: Take it AltyB results are coming next week, not this week as someone has suggested (i've been post sitting)? Also waiting on Sale (1st choice), Stretford and an appeal to Urmston... feels such a very long wait and just want the results now whatever they may be :!: :)

Now I know Ambrose came out early, I can't concentrate on anything for worrying about what might be in the post! Our post is always late as well so torture will no doubt be prolonged. Ignorance most definitely not bliss at the moment. Bites nails, drums fingers, tugs hair out...

I know the pass mark for AGSG is 334 ( yes - feeling v nervous re impending results along with others... ) Does anyone know what the AGSG exam is out of? We are out of catchment so would have to have horribly high score to have any chance of getting in...( see earlier post re NO PLACES to outside catchment girls for AGSG last year...)

Many thanks for everyones continued support....

Hi Hattie Bobs
This probably isn't what you want to hear but....AGGS doesn't go on the mark, it awards places firstly to those in care/siblings, then awards places to those who have passed that live nearest to the school. If you live in the 8 mile radius catchment area you stand a reasonable chance of getting a place, if you live outside....not so good :( .
Max poss. score 423. I think.

Hope you all get the results you want tomorrow - or Monday at the latest! I'm really nervous now, and not feeling at all confident having heard about another girl's tutoring timetable yesterday  Am terrified I will cry no matter what the result is
