It is a great feeling to be free of all the practicing. Ds thought it was ok. Managed to finish all the questions. Looking forward to a ceremonial burning of all practice materials!!!

He thinks it was not very difficult. Vocab was OK. Nothing which was new. Type Z were too not very different. Fingers crossed. No one knows until results are out.

My daughter thought it was tougher than last week.

She suspects she got around 7-8 wrong.

Cake's are in the oven now! We will see how they turn out at the end of Nov....!

Thanks. For what it's worth, mine said it was easy and said she finished with loads of time to spare.

Never quite sure what to believe though !

Mine finished quickly so I am assuming he was a bit slapdash - probably no point in analysing it, but I suppose we can't help it

Well done to them all, it is a lot to ask of a 10 year old. When I look back I can't believe how much my little boy has learnt in the last year, whatever the outcome. Roll on 25th November!

Less challenging than last week's test but someone else I spoke to said their child found it difficult. So I will keep an open mind
