Does my DD have a chance

DD score 112 and 119, she is predicted level 5s and headteacher has indicated we should appeal. Do we have a chance? We also think that family circumstances may have affected her ability' - background information is available in the Appeals Box for the information of moderators on this topic'

Extenuating circumstances seem reasonable, and the scores clearly moved in the right direction.

You will need proof of the dates - I assume we're talking about just a short document, so this could be taken to the hearing (6-7 copies).

What sort of chance your appeals stands depends on the extent and range of the academic evidence.
