Does anyone know how accurate the measuring tool is on the Herts admissions website?

It looks fairly accurate. I've just compared the Herts admission site for our local secondary schools with the Distance Measurement Tool on google maps (under "Maps Labs") and the results are very similar.

I believe the idea is to use the same software that's used for the real process.
