English paper in Kent test
Hi, I'm new to this forum, so apologies if this has been covered before...
Is it still the case for the Kent test that the English paper (which I think is a piece of writing...?) is only marked if the results are borderline and there is an appeal?

Hi, the written piece is only viewed by a Head Teacher Review Panel if the child fails to reach the required pass mark in the Kent Test. If they pass however, the English writing task does not form part of the score.
