Tackling Past Paper?

Post by fred »

Hi All

I would be grateful for some help on how to tackle past paper preparation during your last year or last few months.

• How many papers are done per week?
• What percentage is considered to be a good score that does not
warrant the test been taken again?
• How long do you wait to retake the same test (6weeks?)

I don't get my pupils to retake any tests. We use the paper as a learning opportunity once it has been completed. I create exercises on any areas of weakness and then we move on. Three papers per week on a steady basis in the last few months. Two papers per week initially, but these would be short and constructed only from areas of the curriculum we have already covered.
