Bit of a panic, grid questions

Help, what do they look like. I know the code ones but are these the ones with a shape on left and 2 letters on the right. They give you the shape and you have to work out the 2 letters.

Can you tell me the 6 types used by Lincs consortium.
I know there are no cube/ net questions.

Grid/Matrices are when there are 4 squares inside a square, with one missing - find the missing picture. x

The 6 types are those which appear in the NfER/Letts/GL pack 1 papers:
pairs questions; grids; sequences; find the one most like the others; find the one most unlike the others; codes. Only 4 of these will appear in any one Lincs NVR test.
