Parmiter's year seven ability bands

Can someone confirm please, are all the year seven's in Parmiter's still split into either upper band or mixed ability band, or has this now changed since Mr Daymond arrived? There are some mixed opinions amongs some friends and In want the difinitve answer, can't find it on the Parmiter's web site.Thanks

Mixed for sure in Yr7 (my DS is in Yr7). I think there may be some slight changes in Year 8 but not real streaming until Yr9 (I think).

I'm afraid I don't know but I suggest you email the school & ask straight out. I have DC in Years 8 & 11 and have noticed changes creeping in since Mr Daymond's arrival that I don't remember being informed about in advance. Some are trivial - for example, very slight changes to uniform - others less so, like the fact that there is no longer streaming for science in Yr8. Given the number of emails I get from school I think that change might have been worth a mention!
