List of grammar school

Hi all,
We are new in bham, can anyone tell us apart from the king Edward schools and Sutton grammar schools, which other grammar schools in the west midlands are our children allowed to sit.

Someone was telling me about Queen Mary's in Walsall I believe.

Three groups of schools, with 3 seperate exams, but all of a similar style, and set by the same people: Birmingham, Walsall/Wolverhampton/Newport and Warwickshire.

If your DC is a boy there is also Handsworth Grammar which is outside the Birmingham consortium and has it's own exam.

........but maybe not for long. HGS might become part of the consortium next year.
