And the AQS for Alcester?
Any guesses? Will they be different for girls and boys in order to keep it balanced or will it be the same making it boy-heavy I wonder?

I'd have to look at the legislation to be sure, but I have a feeling that they're not allowed to discriminate on the basis of gender.serendippyty wrote:Any guesses? Will they be different for girls and boys in order to keep it balanced or will it be the same making it boy-heavy I wonder?

I was trying to find out and couldn't but admit I have not looked very hard yet. I am guessing AQS will be slightly higher than Shottery then.

Also they have to stick to their published admissions policy or there would be grounds for appeal for anyone who might have been disadvantaged if they don't.

ah yes, nothing on there re balancing sexes then. So it will probably be rather boy heavy I imagine!

I'm hoping for 324, anybody else think higher or lower ?

I think you are about right.

I'd guess at about 323 or 324 for Alcester.
