Solihull School Meeting V KES Meeting....both tonight!
Having only stumbled across this site after the exams and selection process, I have read for the last few weeks and now decided to partake!
Bit late in the day to be starting this, but we are torn as to where to go.
DS has offers from both Solihull and KES - DH working abroad so I can only attend one. Am worried it will be frowned upon not turning up to the other.
Someone please tell Im worrying over nothing

fff you are definitely worrying over nothing!!!
In the KES offer letter it even says that if you can't make the evening you can still talk to Mr Claughton or Mrs Philips, and even arrange another appointment to see the school!
Hope this is helpful!

Welcome fff, better late than never - I don't know how I would have got through the whole process without this forum. On the other, I might have just lived in blissful ignorance about the whole business
I would say go to the one you think you are most likely to accept. I don't think it would be frowned upon by either as they are not keeping track - at KES they haven't even asked you to let them know so I think it is about last minute sell on the schools' part before 1st March. It is a chance to ask questions if you have them too.
Which one you choose will depend on what you are looking for and distance.
I will be at the KES one so if you see a woman telling her son to pipe down and not talk so much that will probably be me!

I was about to post exactly the same as UmSusu, the school won't know who does or doesn't go. You should revisit the one you are likely to accept and whether you go or not, you can still make a separate appointment on your own on a separate day.
