Did any one get the score from TGS? How was the score calculated?

Re: Tiffin Girls - 2013 admissions
Just had a letter from TGS saying the cutoff aggregate score for this year is 49.78 out of 100. Weighting of Stage 2 exam seems more on English than Maths:
NVR/VR: 30%
Maths: 20%
Reading: 30%
Writing: 20%
DD got 31 in Reading and writing and 34.5 in Maths and NVR/VR- adding to 65.5

Thanks slummymummy. That's very good score, comparing to the cut-off score.
Any idea if Maths/English scores were standardized or based on raw score?

Hi everyone,
We got our first choice Kendrick but wanted to share dd's TGS marks -
VR/NVR: 26/30
Maths : 48/50
Reading : 40/60 (?)
Writing : 9/20(??)
She has passed with a good score but please can someone help me understand why my dd got such low marks in English? She reads like crazy, and writes lovely strories and poems... we did not do any English with her at all as I felt it cannot be taught, a child just gradually learns. Anyway, I now think she should have done creative writing classes or something.. a bit disappointed with the english score.. she could not even "comprehend" the comprehension adequately. My fault
