Do we complete 2 registrations forms for Slough & Langle

We've put down Langley and Slough as part of our options now that Slough is not part of the Consort and will be sitting their own exams. Do we complete 2 seperate registrations forms?

Yes, you do need to complete one registration form for the consortium(Langley, Herschel, St Bernard's), and one for Slough Grammar. Your child will have to take two exams.
