herschel vs slough grammar

Can anyone please give their views slough grammar vs herschel.
Really puzzled as got offered from sgs and most likely will get from herschel.
Which school is bettter please parents whose kids are already in these schools
give their suggestions.

You should only get one offer, you can't have two, unless something goes wrong - if you are on a waiting list, the first offer is withdrawn when the second is made.

Which means you have no choice to choose , so no need to worry on which one is better

but generally herschel is more popular than sgs

The grammars operate their own waiting lists... so you can accept sgs offer by the stipulated date while staying on the waiting list for Herschel. If Herschel offer you a place you can then decline SGS (therefore freeing a place).

Herschel has been more popular in recent years (SGS has been hindered by facilities and by a change in management staff) but my perceptions are 2 years out of date now.
I would say that all the grammar schools are good but let your child choose the one they believe they would feel more comfortable in if you haven't got a preference.
