I'm with tinkers... Where is the question from?
Re: help with this question
This is from a 11+ practice paper and this publisher's name is not on this forum's shop so i am not sure if i am allowed to mention name. I kept on thinking that might be i am doing something wrong but as everyone is getting same answer, i am sure its a mistake.

Re: help with this question
Real world mayhem resolving so have had another look - agree 12 would do ... not sure where they have got 4 from!
Re: help with this question
Think they got it by just having 25 plus 5 on the left for some strange reason.
Re: help with this question
Can it be a typo possibly or something along these lines?
Re: help with this question
I would say 12
25/5 +5 =10
120/12=10
25/5 +5 =10
120/12=10
