Liverpool weather request

Post by JRM »

I'm supposed to be driving from Lincolnshire to Liverpool tomorrow. Is anyone local and can tell me how bad it is at that end? Pretty please. DD and I have tickets to the Bristish Gymnastics Championships and really do not want to miss it. Someone telll me the roads are all nice and snow free please :-)

Well that covers the range of options. I think we're going to set off really early and just hope for the best. I'll let you know if I make it.....

The roads were perfectly clear, but it was very windy on that high patch of M62. The gymnastics was brilliant too. Stroudyday, you could have turned up and bought tickets on the day, I highly recommend it for next time.

Hi JRM, glad to hear it went well, wife and I are both ex gymnasts and have to watch several times, at the moment ds2 & 3 are just too young..

The Espoir girls particularly impressed me. My DD is 8 and has just moved to a different club where she can train several times a week because she wants to get stronger and compete. She was very inspired - but partly to have a sex change so that she can do high bar and parallel bars!
