Uncommon question types - what else are we missing?
Hi there. We are going the DIY route with our DS, and he is generally doing well with VR. However, we hit a bump last week when he found a mirror code instead of a "normal" +1, +2 type for a number code question.
What other "oddball" variants are there on the 21 standard question types which come up? Any examples and ways to spot them would be greatly appreciated.
We'd been approaching VR through the GL Assessment book, and working through practice papers, which is where we hit the mirror code example. We've seen Patricia's really helpful posts on both mirror codes, and also on a DIY approach to VR in general - thank you Patricia, your posts have been really useful to us.
Thanks
Mike

There was an unusual type posted a couple of weeks ago where the pairs of letters switched around - see here.
