If you want to apply for the Walsall/Wolverhampton tests you need to apply NOW. The deadline to apply for testing is 3rd June, and the exam is Tuesday 2nd July 2013.

Admissions procedures and the forms to apply for testing can be found at:
Adams Grammar (Boys)
Newport High (Girls)
Wolverhampton Girls High School
Queen Mary's Grammar School (Boys)
Queen Mary's High (Girls)

You have a bit more time for the Birmingham exams - registrations for KE foundation tests are already open. Other key dates for this one:
Wednesday 19 June 2013 Deadline for receipt of applications for special arrangements for children with disabilities or requiring special resources to sit the test.
4pm on Friday 12 July 2013 Deadline for registration to sit the test.
Saturday 7 September 2013 Date of the entrance test for The Grammar Schools in Birmingham.

If you are thinking of applying more than one there is a space on the form to indicate this. This isn't a commitment at this stage - you can tick the box on the form and then not choose to apply for that school, or not tick it and then decide to add it to your choices at the applications stage. Having applied for and taken the test at all is the important part.

My DS will sit the Warks and Bgham 11+ exams in September. Birmingham Grammar School Admissions at the Council, told me by phone, that they recommend those DC who are sitting both exams to sit Bgham on 7 Sept and Warks on the supplementary test date. It was communicated me as a a non-negotiable. I wish my DS to sit the Warks one first. Any views?

It's not an option. Only Warwickshire has a supplementary testing date, so everybody who is doing both will take Warwickshire first.

There will be an alternative date for B/Ham but this may be only on bone-fide religous grounds
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
If your child is unable to sit tests on Saturdays for religious reasons we are able to arrange an alternative date. Please tick the box on the registration form and enclose a supporting letter from your religious leader if you would like us to do this.
