This is a mirror code
D is the 4th letter from the start of the alphabet, W is the 4th letter from the end
S is the 8th letter from the end of the alphabet, H is the 8th letter from the end

So if
B is the 2nd letter from the start of the alphabet, we need the 2nd letter from the end - i.e. Y
and if
R is the 9th letter from the end of the alphabet, we need the 9th letter from the start - i.e. I

Is this a multiple choice question? If so what are the other possible answers? This could just be a consistent count-on, but it's harder to tell without seeing the other options.
J->Q is +7, O->V is +7
C->F is +3, as is E->H. Are all the other given options not 3 letters apart?

In that case the most logical answer (i.e. the one which most people would come up with) would be HK

J-> O is+5, Q -> V is +5

C + 5 is H
F + 5 is K
