Does anyone know where I can get a copy of either a past years Kent test or Medway test? Please reply asap. Thanks

As far as Kent is concerned you can't. Don't know about Medway but suspect it's the same. Best you can get are the 4 sets of NFER practice papers available nationwide from this website, WH smith, bookshops etc.
