New State Secondary school at Beaulieu Park Development

Does anyone know when this is going to be built & what type?

I wouldn't think it will be in the near future, they promised a railway station when marketing Beaulieu park 14 yrs ago!

The main sewage installation work for the Beaulieu Park housing development & existing houses in the area is going to start from tomorrow and a section of Pump lane - from the A130 to New Nabbots Way is going to be closed for 3 months according to news.

Just bumping this thread - because yes, the school and the station are imminent . Or at least as near to imminent as one might reasonably expect. The day nursery is already open.

If that station ever makes an actual appearance, I'll eat my hat. The secondary school was supposed to be open by 2019 I believe (just in time for my ds2 starting year 7) but I am sure I heard it had been delayed.

They've been promising a train station there since I sat my 11+

Looks like one of the primary schools opens in 2018.

Station due to open in 2021 I think. I've definitely noticed some construction works already ongoing along the line outside beaulieu.
