Lucky Gecko - 11+ tuition - Advice by PM please
Hi All,
If you have heard or used this company, I would very much appreciate your comments or advice please? (by PM please). I am thinking of using this company for my DS.
Doing DIY with my DS is becoming impossible task and we end up arguing endlessly.
If you heard or used any other company/tutor please advice by PM.
(By the way, I am willing to travel to take him any where...
Kind Regards,
Gameon

Too busy preparing material for the new test to have time to update the website, I think.

One of my friends used Lucky Geckos for the old-style Bucks 11+. Her son is now in Year 10 though so bear in mind that it's a few years ago.
From what I remember her saying, the 11+ tutoring was taught in groups (rather than 1:1) and, before, they started on the specific 11 + prep, he did a year of English tutoring with them (also in a group).
Her son didn't actually pass the 11+. However, my friend did say that the English tutoring was good and that her son made significant improvements in Literacy that year.
Personally, If I was paying for tutoring, especially for the new style test, I would go for 1:1 rather than group.
