NVR GL Pack 2 Paper 7 sec 6

Hi there I need help deciphering these questions : section 6 questions: 2, 6,7,11... Can not work out the rule.

6) the straight line is always closest to the circle and < closest to square except b

7) starting from the square and going in a clockwise direction you always have the following sequence - square -> hexagon -> circle except d

11) solid shapes have the circle inside them and dashed shapes have circles outside except e
