Storing roast beef

Post by Brum Mum »

Hey, I've decided to do the roast beef tonight for Christmas dinner and then the turkey in the morning.

The beef is just under 3kg, and it's in cooking but I wondered if anyone had any great tips for storing it so that it's still nice and moist for tomorrow? Should I reheat it before serving?

Thanks v much!

I couldn't tell you Exactly how she did it but my mum always used to do it, I think she sliced it cold and reheated it in gravy... Does that sound weird?? Perhaps I'm mistaken

Roast it fairly rare, slice and then reheat in gravy, I wrap it in foil to keep it moist
