I would like to know if there are children that travel from Welling to St Olaves or Newstead Wood school. How do they travel i.e by train, bus or coach and how long is their daily journey.

The number 51 bus goes from welling to Orping

The number 51 bus goes from welling to Orpington . I have seen quite a few St Olave boys on the bus at sidcup usually daily . They tend to get on the bus just after 7.15 and the journey takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending in traffic .

I appreciate your response and the information. I was worried my ds might be the only one travelling from this side. I am relieved to know about the bus 51 and that there are other boys who travel from this side. Thank you once again.
