AQS Seems high this year for South?
I'm thinking that the AQS for Alcester and SGGS seem higher than one might have expected this year given the increase in PAN for the Brum schools - the range for the waiting list also seems a lot less than last year ( e.g. last year SGGS waiting list was a range of 322-310 or 12 points which, adjusted for this year would be 8. But waiting list range is only 6 points this year. Similar story for Alcester 9 point range last year so expected to be 6 this year but in reality only 5 and the bottom of the waiting list is rank for AGS is the 458th child with a 209 score, but last year they offered right down to ( coincidently) the 458 th child off the waiting list, so the bottom of the waiting list much have been much lower.
Just seems a bit odd as I thought if anything the AQS would drop this year...

It is a bigger cohort this year though, so that might account for some variation.
